For over five years, I've owned this gym, and in that time, I’ve helped hundreds of individuals reach their fitness goals, live healthier lives, and accomplish things they never thought they could.
My journey into fitness is deeply personal. In June of 2011, I was hit by a drunk driver while walking as a pedestrian. The accident left me unable to eat by myself, let alone walk or train. It was a challenging period, but I stayed positive and pushed through the pain and limitations to get to where I am today. This experience instilled in me a profound sense of purpose—I feel like I owe it to the universe to touch people's lives and help them realize their potential, no matter the distance or obstacles.
